TERMS AND CONDITIONS for Stallholders
your Art, Craft and Hobby show
Once a Stallholder submits their Application, the Stallholder agrees to adhere to the Terms and Conditions as outlined in this document.
All Stallholder Applications must provide clear and accurate information regarding their goods including; how they are made, clear and consistent imagery and that products are made by the applicant when requested.
Please ensure you provide us with your Contact Number and if you have a Website, please provide your details for us to view your site.

Arts, Crafts and Hobby Products
All products for sale must be designed and made by the Stallholder.
Stallholders are only able to sell products approved by market management as per their application.
In order to add new items to your stall a request in writing must be submitted to Omega Solutions – Event Organisers, along with photos of the new product.
Stallholders are not permitted to sell goods on behalf of other artists or makers. Should Stallholders wish to share a stall space they must apply for a shared stall space when submitting their application.
All Stallholders are to ensure their products comply with the relevant safety and labelling standards for their items.
your Art Craft and Hobby show takes no responsibility for products/stallholders who fail to comply with standards and regulations.
Stallholders are not permitted to sell offensive, illegal, prohibited, counterfeit or unauthorised goods including goods bearing trademarks for which the stallholder does not have a licence to sell.
Omega Solutions – Event Organisers, reserves the right to reject applications if they are not compliant with these Terms and Conditions.
Successful applicants will have seven (7 days) to make payment of Stall Fees upon notification of acceptance to the market.
No refund will be payable for cancellation less than two (2 weeks) prior your Art, Craft and Hobby show.
Written notification of non-attendance is required.
Set-up and Presentation
Stallholders can only set up between 8:00am – 10:00am ready to trade between 10.00 am -4.00pm.
Stalls must not commence pack up prior to the advertised closing time.
Packing up must be completed by 5:00pm.
Stallholders packing up prior to closing time of 4.00pm will not be accepted at future markets for a period of 6 – 12 months (at the discretion of Omega Solutions – Event Organisers)
No fixing or sticking anything to walls as per the By Laws of the Cannington Exhibition Centre.
All Stallholders are to cover tables with floor length tablecloths, covering all sides of tables.
Items not on display (for sales) must be out of sight and not in the aisles to avoid any chance of mishaps, accidents etc.
Stallholders displays and materials must stay within their assigned stall space. Failure to do so may result in additional fees being charged to the Stallholder.
Where power is available and required, Stallholders must ensure that all electrical equipment and leads utilised by the Stallholder must be tagged in compliance with relevant workplace laws and regulations and such tags must be available for inspection at all times.
Please note: No ATM is provided on site.
Competitions or raffles cannot be run without written approval from Omega Solutions – Event Organisers.
Stallholders are responsible for the area of their stall and surrounds and must leave the area clean and tidy.
Boxes and cartons must be removed from stalls area and stored in your vehicles.
Bins provided at the Cannington Exhibition Centre are NOT to be used for disposal of Stallholders waste or packaging materials.
It is the responsibility of the Stallholder to trade in accordance with the BY Laws of Cannington Exhibition Centre and Local Shire regulations.
Legalities and Regulations
All Stallholders must provide their own Public Liability Insurance to the amount of $10 million.
Proof of Certificate of Currency is required with your Application Form.

TEST & TAG:
ANY electrical device and cords brought into the Cannington Exhibition Centre, MUST be compliant with Electrical Safety Standards, tested and tagged (within 6 months) by an approved technician PRIOR to connecting to the power source.
Should any Stallholder NOT comply with these Legalities and Regulations, Omega Solutions – Event Organiser has the right to refuse participation in this event and the Stallholder will not be re-imbursed for the risks taken.
Traffic Management and Parking
Stallholders must comply with the market’s traffic plan and parking allocation for Stallholders.
Stallholders are required to park in a bay through Gate 1.
Stallholders must then Register and receive their GREEN Stallholder Pass and Stall number.
Stallholders can then unload their supplies and immediately move their car to the allocated event parking which is behind the Exhibition Hall.
Failure by Stallholders to immediately move their car to allocated event parking could result in a penalty.
Stallholders unable to walk the distance from the drop off area, (such as an Acrod User) are able to apply to Omega Solutions – Event Organisers for an exemption by displaying their parking permit.
Omega Solutions – Event Organisers, Catering and Security and Parking will park in bays through Gate 1 near the main entrance.
The public will be parking in Gate 2 and overflow into Gate 3.
Entry for the Public is FREE.
Omega Solutions – Event Organisers, accepts no liability for loss or damages to persons, money or goods.
Alcohol and drug consumption is strictly prohibited for the duration of your Art, Craft and Hobby show.
Images of stallholders and stallholder products may be requested by the Omega Solutions – Event Organisers, as promotional material for media and publicity purposes.
By supplying images of you, your stall or your products, you are confirming that the images are yours, or you have approved photographer’s agreement for use of photography for our website or facebook.
Permission must be granted by the Stallholders to Omega Solutions – Event Organisers.
Omega Solutions – Event Organisers, reserves the right to cancel any market event date up to twenty four (24 hours) prior to the event taking place.
Stallholders will be informed via e-mail of event cancellation with as much notice as possible.
Event cancellation for your Art, Craft and Hobby show could occur for the following reasons:
Insufficient stalls booked for the event.
On grounds of safety including severe weather.
If an event is cancelled Stallholders are entitled to a full refund of their Stall Fee.
Additional Terms for Food/Beverage Vendors
Only Stalls can trade if their food/beverages are produced in a council registered food premises.
Food/Beverage Stallholders must be registered with the local council and pay appropriate council permits.
Obtaining and paying for a food/beverage permit is the responsibility of the food/beverage Stallholder and must be completed prior to event application.
All certificates of registration/permits must be provided as part of the application process.
All Stallholders (identified by their green wristband) are entitled to free tea and coffee during the duration of your Art, Craft and Hobby show.
